ACCEPTANCE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION FOR THE GARDEN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - RESTROOM RAMP & TILE RENOVATIONS PROJECT
Description
The architect has prepared the Certificate of Substantial Completion and the final punch list. The project is substantially complete in accordance with the contract documents. A copy of the final punch list is available for review at the Construction Services Department.
Recommendation
That the work performed by McIntyre Elwell & Strammer General Contractors, Inc. for the Garden Elementary School - Restroom Ramp and Tile Renovations project be accepted as substantially complete as of 8/20/2007.
